Unique product applications separate Passio from competitors – like our app for passengers, Passio GO, or the ability for riders to text their feedback to agencies using BusBuzz. Passio keeps improving! We recently added Contact Tracing to our list of available solutions, along with Request & GO, our in app bus request feature. Passio also has all AVA, LED, and APC needs covered! We acquired ParaPlan in 2019, meaning we now offer solutions for paratransit/NEMT, and on-demand transit.

R. Scott Reiser, co-founder of Atlanta-based Passio Technologies has been working as a technology professional since 1994. Prior to that he swam with sharks, ran with bulls, and cascaded down snowy mountain-sides while attending the University of Colorado. His new passion, Passio Technologies, provides intelligent transit technology. Truly enjoying the creative process that technology enables, Scott’s focus is on improving the technology that Passio develops. Scott, an Atlanta native, works within his community with such great organizations as PRUMC’s Great Day of Service, Hands on Atlanta, Habitat for Humanity, the YMCA, the Atlanta Business Alliance, and the Buckhead Business Association.

CTS Software

Our clients include public and private paratransit providers, NEMT agencies, taxi and limo companies, PACE/adult day programs, livery services, and everything in between. TripMaster supports on-demand and small-scale fixed-route capabilities, an array of funding sources, and operations with anywhere from 1 vehicle to hundreds of vehicles. DispatchBot clients are in the process of merging into the TripMaster Core platform.
